Powerhouse Admins is hiring a Team Manager / Admin Manager to lead and support high-performing Virtual Admin teams serving Life & Health Insurance agency owners, with select clients in other industries. If you are people-first, highly organized, and confident leading teams, we would like to hear from you. 

What You’ll Do

• Conduct regular team check-ins, coaching, and performance feedback
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively handle issues
• Act as the main point of contact between Admins and leadership
• Help onboard new clients by organizing workflows and task stacking
• Assist with onboarding and training new admins and teams
• Ensure consistent, high-quality admin support across all assigned teams

👉 As an Admin Manager, you will handle both leadership and execution while keeping teams accountable and clients supported. 

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English communication skills (Spanish-English bilingual is a plus)
• Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
• Confident in coaching, giving feedback, and holding teams accountable
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and Monday.com
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities efficiently
• Professional, solutions-focused, and growth-minded

(Additional increases may be available after one year based on performance)
