How It Started
Catherine Alzate - Powerhouse CEO
Cathy’s journey began just like any of our admins— working behind the scenes, keeping things running smoothly. While at Trident Life agency, alongside Tyler Adams, she saw a common struggle: insurance agency owners were drowning in paperwork instead of focusing on what they do best— closing deals and growing their businesses.
She watched as talented business owners spent hours sifting through documents, processing policies, and managing endless admin tasks. This left them with little time for sales and client relationships. Cathy knew there had to be a better way.
That’s when inspiration struck.
In February 2023, Cathy launched Powerhouse Admins with a clear mission: to take the administrative burden off the shoulders of agency owners, giving them the freedom to focus on what truly matters— driving sales and growing their businesses.
How It’s Going
What started as a solution for overwhelmed insurance agency owners quickly grew into something much bigger. As word spread about the value we brought to our clients, businesses from other industries began reaching out, looking for the same level of dedicated support.
Recognizing this need, we expanded our services beyond the insurance industry and now proudly support businesses in tax and accounting, real estate, and more.
