Powerhouse Admins is hiring General Admin Assistants to support Life & Health Insurance Agency owners and teams. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Track commissions, license renewals, and agent requirements
- Create simple Canva graphics for team updates
- Assist with scheduling, social media, or recruiting new agents
- Support lead generation and appointment setting (as needed)
- Provide reliable admin support while managing multiple tasks efficiently
👉 While most of our admins work with insurance clients, you may also be matched with other businesses depending on your skills and fit.
Communication Expectations
You must be comfortable calling, texting, and emailing clients, their clients, and their staff.
This role can include policy conservation work. You may call clients to collect payments, resolve requirements, and follow up on outstanding items.
If you are not confident on the phone, this is not the right fit. Clear, professional communication is essential.
Priority will be given to candidates with:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
- Leadership experience
- CRM/Healthcare system admin experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills (Spanish-English bilinguals are a plus)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Organized, proactive, and a quick learner
Compensation
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Training: $5/hr
Going forward: $6/hr
Non-Bilingual
Training: $4/hr
Going forward: $5/hr
(Additional increases may be available after one year based on performance)
