Catherine Alzate, our CEO and co-founder, saw this firsthand while working with insurance agencies like Trident Life. Day after day, she watched high-performing business owners get trapped in policy processing, client onboarding, and team follow-up instead of closing deals.
She knew they didn’t need just another virtual assistant — they needed a real solution.
So in 2023, Powerhouse Admins was born: a full-service virtual operations team built to remove the admin burden, optimize backend workflows, and free up business owners to lead.
How It’s Going
What started as support for overwhelmed insurance agency owners quickly grew into a scalable model that works across industries. Once word got out, we were getting referrals from real estate professionals, tax pros, creative founders, and coaches — all with the same problem: too much to do, not enough time to lead.
